The Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys (MATA) launched its “End Distracted Driving” program on Monday, February 4, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at The Gardner Auditorium at The State House in Boston. The program will was headed by Jones Kelleher Partner and former MATA President Timothy C. Kelleher III, and Philadelphia Attorney Joel Feldman, who created the “End Distracted Driving” program after losing his 21 year-old daughter Casey in 2009 – because of the actions of a distracted driver.  Download full MATA press release.
